Ideas are easy, it's execution that's hard.

When I run workshops with clients, I can guarantee that we'll reach the end of the day with a minimum of 10 ideas, probably more. Some will be viable, some will be less so, but there will be gold in the 10+.

I've worked with organisations from multi-nationals to micro-businesses and they always have untapped latent value locked in their minds. They simply need to tap into it.

The secret to tapping into those latent ideas is to build a framework to:

  1. find ideas;
  2. filter those ideas, identifying the best; and
  3. extract the value.

Ideas, however, are worth very little without execution. Execution is where the hard work starts.
